Annual Samba Queen Event

Our Annual Samba Queen and King Contest has been running for 15 years and is a true highlight of the year for Salt Lake City. Dancers in ornate costumes get two minutes on stage with a live band, competing for a cash prize and the title of “Rainha Do Samba,” or “Queen of Samba” for the year.
